热毒宁注射液的GC/MS指纹图谱

摘    要:目的:建立热毒宁注射液GC指纹图谱,比较注射液与药材之间指纹图谱的相关性,为该中药注射剂生产工艺过程及成品质量控制提供有效的方法。方法:毛细管气相色谱法,采用氢火焰检测器及质谱进行检测分析。结果:测定热毒宁注射液挥发性成分,标出其中8个共有峰,说明了其药材归属,并采用GC/MS对主要色谱峰进行了初步定性。结论:建立了GC法测定热毒宁注射液挥发性成分指纹图谱的方法,该方法准确、重现性好,为热毒宁注射液挥发性成分的质量控制提供了依据。

Abstract:AIM:To establish GC fingerprint of Reduning injection and compare the correlations of fingerprints between Reduning injections and raw materials.METHODS:Reduning injections and raw materials were analyzed by GC.The ingredients of common peaks were designated by MS.RESULTS:The volatile ingredients of Reduning injection have been determined and 8 common peaks on the fingerprints were detected.CONCLUSION:The established GC fingerprint method is accurate and reliable,which could be used for the quality control of volatile ingredients in Reduning Injection.
