摘    要:目的探讨紧急医疗呼叫定位搜寻系统技术应用价值及对院前急救效果的影响。方法引入基于GPS和CD-MA定位技术、GPRS网络通信技术、GIS、120急救中心调度等技术的紧急医疗呼叫定位搜寻系统,将采用此技术前后收治患者分为对照组和研究组,对比两组内科急救反应时间及救治效果以评价该系统应用价值。结果研究组院内反应时间、行驶时间及急救耗时均显著少于对照组(P<0.05),研究组救治显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),无效率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),有效率与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),救治成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论紧急医疗呼叫定位搜寻系统技术显著缩短了院前急救的反应时间,提高了救治成功率,具有很高的临床应用价值和社会效益。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the emergency medical call locator system the value of technology and the effect of pre-hospital care. Methods The introduction of an emergency medical call locator system based on GPS and CDMA positioning technology, GPRS network communication technology, GIS, 120 emergency center scheduling technology, will use this technology around the treated patients were divided into control and study groups, compared two groups of medical e- mergency response time and treatment effects to evaluate the value of the system. Results The study group hospital response time, travel time and first-aid time-consuming significantly less than the control group (P 〈 0.05) treatment significantly efficiency of the study group was significantly higher (P 〈 0.05), and inefficiency were significantly lower than con- trol group (P 〈 0.05), efficiency and control group without significant difference (P 〉 0.05), the treatment success rate was significantly higher (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The emergency medical call locator system technology significantly shorten the reaction time, prehospital emergency care to improve the treatment success rate, with a high clinical value and social benefits.
