马来酸曲美布汀片对腹泻型肠易激惹综合征患者内脏敏感性的影响

摘    要:目的 观察马来酸曲美布汀片治疗对腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)患者内脏敏感性的作用.方法 选择铁岭心医院2018—2019年收治的I B S患者59例,给予两周的马来酸曲美布汀片口服治疗.比较患者治疗前后的肠易激综合征症状严重程度量表评分(IBS-SSS)、肠易激综合征相关生命质量评分(IBS-QOL)和内脏敏感指数(VSI);另外,以胃肠动力学检测仪患者治疗前后的初始感觉阈值、初始排便冲动阈值、最大耐受容量.结果 治疗前后IBS-SSS、IBS-QOL和VSI得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);初始感觉阈值、初始排便冲动阈值、最大耐受容量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 马来酸曲美布汀片能够有效降低腹泻型IBS患者的内脏敏感性,对于缓解症状效果明显.

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of trimebutine maleate on visceral sensitivity in patients with diarrhea predominant irrijthblc bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods A total of 59 patients with IBS admitted to Tiding Central Hospital from 2018 to 2019 were treated with trimebutine maleate orally for two weeks.The IBS-SSS.IBS-QOL and VSI were compared before and after treatment.In addition,the initial sensory threshold,the initial defecation impulse threshold and the maximum tolerance capacity of the patients before and after treatment were measured by gastrointestinal motility tester.Results The scores of IBS-SSS.IBS-QOL and VSI were statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the initial sensory threshold,the initial defecation impulse threshold and the maximum tolerance capacity before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimebutine maleate can effectively reduce the visceral sensitivity of patients with diarrhea predominant IBS.and has a significant effect on relieving symptoms.
