200株鲍氏不动杆菌感染的分布与耐药性检测分析

目的 分析鲍氏不动杆菌感染分布情况以及耐药性检测结果 .方法 以2017年4月-2019年5月我院住院及门诊患者脓液、尿液、血液、痰液等标本中分离出的鲍氏不动杆菌200株作为研究分析鲍氏不动杆菌对象.结果 呼吸道为鲍氏不动杆菌主要感染部位,检出率为77%,明显高于其他感染部位(P<0.05).结论 鲍氏不动杆菌对多种抗生素均具有非常明显的耐药性,因此必须保证抗生素应用的规范性和合理性,根据药敏试验结果 为患者选择抗生素,有助于保证抗感染效果.

Analysis of Distribution and Drug Resistance of 200 Strains of Acinetobacter baumannii Infection

Objective The distribution of Acinetobacter baumannii infection and the results of drug resistance were analyzed.Methods 200 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from pus,urine,blood and sputum of inpatients and outpatients in our hospital from April to May 2019 were used as the object of study and analysis of Acinetobacter baumannii.Results The respiratory tract was the main infection site of Acinetobacter baumannii,the detection rate was 77%,which was significantly higher than that of other infection sites(P<0.05).Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii is resistant to a variety of antibiotics,so it is necessary to ensure the standardization and rationality of antibiotic use.According to the results of drug sensitivity test,the selection of antibiotics for patients is helpful to ensure the antiinfection effect.
