摘    要:探索基于量化管理的形成性评价在药理学教学中的应用。经专家讨论形成量化指标体系,以临床医学专业本科学生为应用对象,对学习效果进行量化标准的形成性评价。量化标准的形成性评价在临床医学专业药理学教学中取得良好效果,师生满意度较高。经过量化管理的形成性评价有助于提高学生平时学习的积极性,有助于教师通过反馈调整教学,具有较高的成绩区分度和易操作性。

Abstract:This study aims to explore the application of formative evaluation based on quantitative management in pharmacology teaching.After discussion by experts,a quantitative index system was formed,and undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine were taken as application objects to conduct a formative evaluation of quantitative standards for learning effects.The formative evaluation of quantitative standards has achieved good results in the teaching of pharmacology for clinical medicine majors,with high student and teacher satisfaction.Formative evaluation under quantitative management helps to increase students'enthusiasm for learning at ordinary times,and helps teachers adjust teaching through feedback.Meanwhile,it has a high degree of achievement differentiation and ease of operation.
