摘    要:目的 探讨预见性护理在手足口病患儿中的应用效果.方法 选取2016年1月—2019年3月大连市儿童医院收治的85例手足口病患儿,随机分为观察组45例和对照组40例.两组均给予相同的治疗方案,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取常规护理联合预见性护理,对比两组的护理效果.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,住院及退热时间均短于对照组,家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 手足口病患儿采取预见性护理可缩短退热时间和住院时间,提高治疗效果和家属护理满意度,值得临床借鉴推广.

Application of Predictive Nursing in Children with Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing in children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods A total of 85children with hand,foot and mouth disease in Dalian Children's Hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(45 cases)and control group(40 cases).Both group received same treatment regimen.The control group adopted routine nursing,while the observation group adopted predictive nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(F<0.05).The hospitalization time and antipyretic time of the observation group w ere significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the fam ily members in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in children with hand,foot and mouth disease can significantly shorten the antipyretic and hospitalization time,and improve the treatment efficiency and fam ily nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
