电针对庆大霉素耳中毒豚鼠耳蜗内ACP的影响

摘    要:以耳郭反射(PR)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)组织化学检测为指标,观察电针对豚鼠庆大霉素(GE)耳中毒引起的ACP变化的影响。结果:GE组在2、4和8kHz纯音PR阈值明显升高,ACP出现移位,显色变淡或消失,毛细胞受损显著;针刺组PR阈值升高幅度明显低于GE组(P<001);ACP显色变化和毛细胞损害的程度均明显低于GE组。结果表明针刺能减轻GE的耳毒性。保护耳蜗毛细胞内溶酶体的完整性,防止毛细胞的自溶性损伤可能是针刺的作用机制之一。

Abstract:The effect of electroacupuncture(EA) on ototoxicosis caused by gentamicin (GE) was observated by means of pinna reflex (PR) and histochemical detection of acid phosphatase (ACP) in the guinea pig.Results showed that in the GE group,PR threshold of pure tone at 2,4 and 8 kHz increased obviously,ACP shifted with light color development or disappearence of ACP and hairy cells injuried markedly;In the EA group,the increase amplitude of PR threshold was significantly lower than that in the GE group ( P <0.01);Change of ACP development and injury degree of hairy cells were lower that those in the GE group.It is suggested that acupuncture can relieve ototoxicosis of GE,protect integrity of lysosome in hairy cells of the cochlea,and prevent from injury of the hairy cell,which may be mechanisms of acupuncture treatment.
