奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶及亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌的临床研究

目的观察奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶及亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和不良反应。方法采用奥沙利钔130mg／m^2，静滴2h，第1天；亚叶酸钙（CF）200mg／m^2，静滴, 连续5天；5-Fu 500mg/m^2静滴4h，连续5天，21天为1周期。结果35例患者中CR 1例，PR 13例，总有效率40．0％。 主要的不良反应为消化道症状、骨髓抑制和感觉神经毒性。结论奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶及亚叶酸钙治疗晚期胃癌疗效肯定，毒副作用较轻，值得推广应用。

A Clinical Study of the Effect of Combined Axalioatin and Fluorouracil/Leucovorin in Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective To study the effect and toxicity of the regimen of Oxaliplatin combined with Fluorouracil and Leueovorin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods Oxaplatin 130mg/m^2 iv 2 h d1 , Leueovorin 200 mg/m^2 iv 2h d1-5, Fluorouracil 500 mg/m^2 iv 4 h d1-5, three weeks as one cycle. Results The cases of CR and PR in 35 patients were 1 and 13.The overall response rate was 40.0% . The main toxicity was vomiting,myelosuppression and neuropathy. Conclusions This study showed that the chemotherapy of Oxaliplatin combined with Fluorouracil and Leucovorin was effective in advanced gastric cancer with mild toxicity,and it is worthwhile to be applied widely.
