| 摘 要： | 人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染是宫颈癌发生的必要原因之一,而全世界近70%的宫颈癌是由HPV16和18亚型导致,针对HPV16,18的预防性疫苗已经上市,针对HPV感染及宫颈癌的治疗性疫苗正在研究中。

| Abstract: | Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is one of the necessary cause of cervical cancer, and HPV 16 or 18 is commonly present in 70% of all cervical cancers in the world.Prophylactic vaccines target HPV 16 and 18 have undergone extensive evaluation and been licensed, therapeutic vaccines target HPV infection and cervical cancer are under studied now. |
