银杏叶注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床研究

目的 探讨银杏叶注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足（VBI）的临床疗效。方法 VBI患者102例，随机分为银杏叶注射液组（治疗组）和对照组。两组均口服尼莫地平片，治疗组加用银杏叶注射液，连用2个疗程（20d）后，评定疗效，并检测TCD和血液流变学各指标。结果 治疗组58例中总有效例数为54例，总有效率93．1％；对照组44例中总有效例数为33例，总有效率75.0％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后椎动脉（VA）、基底动脉（BA）、大脑后动脉（PCA）血流速度比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01），且两组治疗后血液流变学各指标在统计学上亦有显著性差异，表明银杏叶注射液具有显著改善脑血流的作用。结论 银杏叶注射液是治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的有效药物。

Clinical study of Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract on treating vertebra arteriae basilaris blood-supply insufficiency

Objective To explore the clinical treatment effect of Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract on treating vertebra arteriae basilaris blood-supply insufficiency(VBI).Methods 102 cases VBI patients were randomly individed into Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract group(treatment group)and control group.Two groups patients were given Nimodipine Tablets,hte treatment group patients were added Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract injection.After continuous use two course of treatment(20 days),clinical treatment effects were evaluated and transcranial Doppler(TCD)and hemorrheology was detected.Results Treatment group and control group,total effective rates were separately 93.1%and 75.0%(P<0.05);blood flow rates of arteria vertebralis(VA)and arteria basilaris(BA)and posterior cerebral artery(PCA)between 2 groups had very significant deviation(P<0.01),all hemorrheology indexs between 2 groups statistically had differenece(P<0.05 or<0.01)after treatment.Indicated Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract had a significant action on improving cerebral blood flow.Conclusion Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract was a active drug on treating vertebra arteriae basilaris blood-supply insufficiency(VBI).
