| 摘 要： | 本文分别测定174例和163例正常妊娠羊水的TchE活性和AFP含量,证明前者的孕周曲线平稳,后者呈现规律性下降。还分别测定40例和49例污染血的羊水AFP含量和TchE活性,结果指出前者的假阳性率为后者的3.68倍。测定18例开放性缺损畸胎的羊水TchE活性,除1例晚产无脑儿外都超过正常总均值的2倍以上,具有很高的产前诊断价值。分隔点为13.5mu/ml。

| Abstract: | TchE activities of 174 amniotic fluid and AFP of 163 amniotic fluid with normal pregnancy were measured, The gestational age curve of TchE activity was steady, while AFP content was rapidly dropped from 16 to 24 gestational weeks. We also measured the AFP of 40 bloodstained amniotic fluid and TchE of 49 bloodstained amniotic fluid. The false positive rate of the AFP was 3.7 times that of the TchE.In this report we had measured amniotic fluid TchE of 18 cases with fetal open lesions (9 cases of anencephaly, 2 of spina bifida, 4 of exomphalos and 3 of teratoma). The mean TchE activity was all over 2 times that of normal mean except 1 case of anencephaly with late pregnancy. Therefore the determination of amniotic fluid TchE activities is of great value in prenatal diagnosis of fetal open lesions. Its effect cutoff-point is 13.5 milliunit/ml. |
