肝病患者一氧化氮合酶异常表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨肝病患者抗氧化能力及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)表达的临床价值。方法:收集急性肝炎(AH)、慢性肝炎(CH)、肝硬化(LC)及肝癌(HCC)患者血清,分别检测其TAO、NOS浓度及NO水平,分析它们在肝脏疾病中的改变机制。结果:患者血清TAO在AH、CH中异常率占80%,在LC和HCC为50%;血清中NOS活性在肝病患者中的异常率在70%左右;NO水平在AH、CH和LC中异常率为70%,HCC组为48%。AH组、CH组TAO平均水平明显高于对照组,但LC和HCC组的差异不明显;肝病患者NO和NOS平均浓度均非常明显高于对照组,但HCC患者NOS和NO平均浓度均低于AH、CH和LC组患者。结论:肝病患者血NOS水平与NO浓度呈高度正相关,NO增加可能对肝细胞起保护作用。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical significances of total antioxidation (TAO) and nitric oxide aynthase (NOS) expression in patients with liver diseases.Methods: The concentrations of TAO, NOS and nitric oxide (NO) were invastigated and the machanism of their changes were analyzed in sera of patients with acute hepatitis (AH), chronic hepatitis (CH), liver cirrhosis (LC) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in the present study. Results: The abnormal rate of TAO was 80% in AH or in CH, and 50% in LC or in HCC, respectively. The NOS level over normal reference was 70% in patients with liver diseases. The abnormal rate of NO level was 70% in AH group, in CH group, in LC group, and 48% in HCC, respectively. The average level of serum TAO was significantly higher in AH group or in CH group but not in HCC group and in LC group than that in normal subjects. The average levels of NO and NOS were significantly higher in patients wth liver diseases than those in normal subjects, however, they were lower in HCC patients than those in AH group, CH group and LC group, respectively. Conclusions: The present data suggest that the level of NOS is closely positive relation to NO level in patients with liver diseases, the increase of NO concentration may play a role in protection of hepatocytes.[
