盐酸氨溴索和654-2联合应用治疗毛细支气管炎的临床研究

目的研究盐酸氨溴索和654-2联合应用治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将63例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分成两组，两组病例采用相同的综合治疗，治疗组（n=31）在综合治疗基础上加用盐酸氨溴索和654-2。结果治疗组与对照组治疗24h后比较，Pa02明显上升（P〈0．01），呼吸改善（P〈0．01），心率及PaCO2明显降低（P〈0．01）；病程中观察比较，治疗组咳嗽、喘息症状消失，肺部体征消失及总住院时间均明显短于对照组（P〈0．01）；转归中比较，治疗组中7h内治愈率显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）；结论盐酸氨溴索和654-2联合应用对毛细支气管炎有协同辅助治疗作用，可以加速病情恢复。

A clinical study on combined treatment of bronchiolitis with ambroxol hydrochloride and 654-2

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combined therapy using ambroxol hydrochloride and 654-2 in treating bronchiolitis.Methods 63 children with bronchiolitis were allocated to a treatment groups(n=31) and a control group randomly.In addition to comprehensive treatment which was applied on both groups,ambroxol hydrochloride and 654-2 were administered to the treatment group.Results Comparison between the two groups at 24 hours after the treatment indicated that in the treatment group,PaO2 increased significantly(P<0.01),respiration improved,heart rate and PaCO2 decreased(P<0.05).Comparison during the course of illness showed that symptoms of cough and asthma and signs of pulmonary conditions disappeared in the treatment group.Duration of hospitalization was also shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).Comparison of the outcome showed that cure rate within 7 hours of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of ambroxol hydrochloride and 654-2 is effective as an adjuvant therapy for bronchiolitis.
