伴攻击行为精神分裂症患者临床特征的对照研究

目的对比分析伴攻击行为精神分裂症患者的临床特点，为临床防范攻击行为积累资料。方法对122例伴攻击行为的精神分裂症患者（研究组）进行一般资料、量表资料调查，并与同期住院且一般资料相匹配的122例不伴攻击行为者（对照组）对照。结果攻击行为的发生率为24．4％；攻击行为者中71．3％发生于住院的第1周内；研究组多数病前性格不良，而且既往多有攻击行为史，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05—0．01）；研究组的简明精神病量表（BeRS）总分、思维障碍、激活性和敌对猜疑因子分和阳性症状量表（SAPS）总分均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05—0．01）。结论精神分裂症伴攻击行为者具有其临床特点，必须加强治疗和监护，以防范其攻击行为的发生。

Clinical features of schizophrenia with attack behavior
