云南省个旧市盲人调查和治疗

报告了1995年4月～1996年12月个旧市盲人调查与治疗结果.全市实检361214人，受检率为95.7％.发现双眼盲1037人，患病率为0.29％：单服盲983人,患病率为O.27％.其中可治双跟盲593人（57.18％），可治单眼盲617人（62.7％）.无论双眼盲或单眼盲白内障均为首位致盲眼病，占可治双眼盲91.56％及可治单眼盲81.03％.在调查的基础上开展了以白内障为主的复明手术.共施行738例白内障手术，其中双眼盲白内障396人，单眼盲白内障342人.术后三个月复查，脱盲率（视力＞0.05）为95.5％，脱残丰（视力＞0.3）为86，4％，配镜率（含人工晶体植入）为85.6％.技术指标达到了防盲先进县的标准.

Survey and Treatment of Blindness in Gejiu Area of Yunnan Province

A survey of blindness morbidity was carred out in a population of 361214 in Gejiu area during April 1995 to December 1996 1037 cases (0.29%) of binocular and 983 cases (0.27%) of monocular blindness were examined, 593 cases (57.18%) and 617 cases(62.7%) among them respectively were found curable. Cataract listed first among the blindness causes and corneal disease came second. 738 cataract cases were Performed in 1996 with unilateral blindness in 46.34% and bilateral in 53.65%. The main mode of operation was extra-capsular extraction. Aftor operation 9.1% of the patients were restored useful vision and 86.4% saved from disablement and the total successful rate was 95.5%. The curative effects were up to the stipulated by the National Federation of Disabled Persons.
