| 摘 要： | 目的 观察足底热敷对腹部手术后患者肛门排气时间的影响.方法 将124例腹部手术患者随机分为实验组与对照组.对照组给予腹部手术后常规护理,实验组除给予常规护理外,术后6 h给予电暖宝足底热敷,2次/d,30 min/次,观察并记录排气时间.结果 实验组肛门排气时间比对照组明显提前(P＜0.05).结论 足底热敷可促进腹部手术后患者肛门排气时间提前,同时增加患者舒适度,促进机体康复. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of hot compress for foot on the anus exhaust time of patients after abdomen operation.Methods One hundred and twenty four patients after abdomen operation were randomly divided into two groups of the experiment group and the control group.The control group waa treated with regular nursing.Besides regular nursing,six hours after operation,the experiment group also accepted hot compress for foot with electric heater.twice perday and three minutes per treatment.The anus exhaust times were observed and recorded.Results The anus exhaust times of the experiment group were obviously earlier than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hot compress for foot accelerates the anus exhaust time.enhances the comfort of patients,and promotes the organism heMing. |
