军医大学414名学生自我和谐状况调查

目的　研究军医大学生自我和谐状况 ,为心理健康教育、心理咨询和治疗提供参考。方法　采用自我和谐量表 ,对某军医大学 4 1 4名学生进行测试。结果　军医大学生感觉自我很不和谐的约占 5.56 % ,且在自我与经验的不和谐、自我的灵活性 2维度得分高于大学生常模 ,其中自我的灵活性差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。自我的刻板性存在年级差异 ,三年级学生显著高于一年级学生 (P <0 .0 1 )。各维度在性别、专业方面差异无显著性。结论　军医大学生自我和谐有其自身特点 ,可能与环境有关。

The Study on Self-consistency and Congruence Among Students in a Military Medical University

ObjectiveTo explore the self-consistency and c o ngruence of students in military medical universities and to provide references for mental health education, consulting services and treatment.MethodsSelf-consistency and Congruence Survey (SCCS) was conducted among 414 s tudents in a military medical university.ResultsThe percentage of students who were self-inconsistent and incongruent was 5.56%. The students surveyed scored higher than the college students norms on dimensions of self-ex perience inconsistency and self-flexibility, and there was a significant differ ence in self-flexibility between the students surveyed and the norms(P<0.05).Th ere was significant grade difference in self stiffness, and the students in the 3rd grade had higher scores than those in the 1st grade(P<0.01).No sex and s peci alty differences were found in all dimensions.ConclusionThe se lf-consistency and congruence of students in military medical universities has own features, which maybe are correlated with the special environments.
