放置MCu功能性IUD24个月临床效果观察

目的 :观察新型MCu功能性IUD临床效果。方法 :选择放置MCu功能性IUD者 2 0 0例 ,临床观察使用 2 4个月的妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率及续用率 ,并与TCu380A组、TCu2 2 0C组 (各 2 0 0例 )进行比较。结果 :3种IUD累计 2 4个月妊娠率每百妇女分别为 0 .5、2 .5、4 .0 ,MCu功能性IUD妊娠率低于TCu2 2 0CIUD ,差别有显著性统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与TCu380AIUD比较 ,差别无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;脱落率每百妇女分别为 1.0、7.5、7.0 ,MCu功能性IUD明显低于其它两种IUD ;因症取出率每百妇女分别为 3.0、6 .0、6 .6 ,3组间差别无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;续用率每百妇女分别为 95 .4、83.9、82 .3,MCu功能性IUD明显高于其它两种 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :MCu功能性IUD避孕效果好 ,值得推广

The Observation on the Two - year's Clinical Effect of 200 Cases with Mcu Functional IUD Inserted

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the new MCu Functional IUD. Methods :200 cases with the MCu Functional IUD were in the observing group and 200 cases with the TCu380A IUD, 200 cases with the TCu220C IUD were in the other two control groups respectively. The observation duration was two years. Results:The 24 months' accumulative pregnancy rates (per hundred women) for three varieties of IUD were as follows: 0.5, 2.5, and 4.0. And the pregnancy rate in observing group was lower than that in other two control groups, in which there was significant difference between the observing group and TCu220C IUD group (P<0.05) and no significant difference between the observing group and the TCu380A IUD group (P>0.05). The expulsion rates (per hundred women) for the three groups were as follows: 1.0, 7.5 and 7.0, where the MCu Functional IUD group was significantly lower than other two groups (P<0.01). The take off rates due to disease (per hundred women) were as follows: 3.0, 6.0 and 6.6, and there was no significant difference in three groups (P>0.05). The continuation rates for the three varieties of IUD (per hundred women) were as follows: 95.4, 83.9 and 82.3, where MCu Functional IUD group was significantly higher than other two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion:The MCu Functional IUD has a good contraceptive effect, and it should be widely used.
