干扰素治疗婴幼儿病毒性肺炎49例疗效观察

目的观察重组人干扰素α-2b治疗婴幼儿病毒性肺炎疗效。方法49例确诊为病毒性肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组25例,对照组24例,两组基础治疗相同,治疗组加用干扰素肌肉注射,分别比较两组咳嗽、喘弊、肺部啰音消失时间。结果治疗组肺炎症状消失时间明显少于对照组,治疗组总有效率(100%)明显高于对照组总有效率(85.4%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肌肉注射干扰素治疗婴幼儿病毒性肺炎,具有临床应用价值,值得推广。

Interferon treatment of viral pneumonia in infants observation of 49 cases

Objective Recombinant human interferon α-2b treatment of infantile viral Pneumonia.Methods 49 patients diagnosed as having viral pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group 25 cases and control group 24 cases.On the base of basic treatment,the treatment group were injected with interferon,compared the cough,dyspnea and disadvantages and disappear time of pulmonary rattle sound respectively of each group.Results The pneumonia symptoms time of treatment group was significantly less than the control group.The total effective rate of treatment group was（100%） significantly higher than that（85.4%） of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion It has high clinical value that intramuscular interferon treatment of infantile viral pneumonia,which is worthy of promotion.
