天津地区社区老年人健康护理干预效果评价

目的探讨社区健康护理干预在改善老年人生活方式、提高老年人生活质量中的作用。探索一条适合我国国情、节约医疗资源的社区老年健康干预的模式。方法采用半实验研究设计,经整群随机抽样获得样本241例,其中干预组149例,对照组92例。观察干预组接受干预前后生活方式、血压、血脂、血糖和运动功能等变化;比较两组在干预结束后各项指标的差异。结果干预组血压、血脂值较干预前降低(P<0.05);运动机能干预后有所提高。饮食方式中控制盐量和控制食量者较干预前增加;有个人爱好者较干预前增加。结论以社区为基础、以社区医院为中心的社区老年人健康护理干预对提高老年人生活质量有积极的作用。以护士为主导、医护通力合作的社区老年人健康干预模式,在一定程度上弥补了当今社区医疗管理和社区医疗人力紧张的问题,为社区医疗卫生服务提供了新的模式。

Assessment on a nurse-based health intervention for elderly in a community in Tianjin

Objective To explore the impact of a nurse-based health intervention on improvment of lifestyle and quality of life for elderly people in an urban community.And to establish an effective health intervention program for community elderly people that suited to fundamental realities of our country,and saving of medical resource.Methods A quasi-experimental design with random sampling(n=241) was adopted.Subjects were divided into intervention group(n=149) and control group(n=92).The change of lifestyle,blood pressure,the level of serum cholesterol,blood glucose and physical ability were compared between two groups after intervention.Results In the intervention group,the blood pressure and the serum cholesterol were reduced after intervention(P<0.05).Physical ability was elevated.The number of people restricting salt and meal increased significantly after the intervention.Compared with the control group,the number of people with own hobby was increasing.Conclusion The intervention has positive effects on improving the quality of life of elderly people in community.The intervention mode of nurse-dominated care with cooperation of physician for community elderly could cope with the current medical need in the community.
