人体测量技术在单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形整复术的临床应用

摘    要:目的]探讨单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形整复术的,临床方法。方法]采用单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形形态测量结果,参考部分正常成人鼻的形态学测量数据,根据患者的脸形、眼形、口形,设计鼻尖高度、鼻长度、鼻宽度,然后雕塑自体肋软骨植入整复单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形。结果]59例患者均达到满意的,临床效果。结论]采用单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形形态测量和自体肋软骨植入整复单侧唇裂术后鼻畸形的方法可最大程度地恢复患者鼻部的正常形态,指导临床整复治疗。

Abstract:To evaluate the clinical method for correcting of the unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity. Adoption the measure result of the unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity and consult part of normal the nasal appearance of person learn the diagraph datd . According to the facial type, eye type, mouth type ,desing the tip of nasal high degree, nasal length , nasal width ,thencarve from the rib cartilage transplant the unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity. 59 exarnples get atlain the clinical result that be satisfied with . Conclusion] Adoption the method for measure of the unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity and the method for transplant won rib cartilage to repair the unilateral cleft lip nasal deformity. can the instauration of biddest degree ground get the normal appearance of the nasal department, guide clinical to repair treatment.
