涩肠止泻胶囊的药理作用研究

目的：实验研究涩肠止泻胶囊药理作用。方法：以小鼠肠炭末推进率和黑便出现时间以及4h内黑便数量为指标，测定涩肠止泻胶囊对小鼠胃肠运动影响和止泻作用。结果：涩肠止泻胶囊与正常对照组、新斯的明引起肠亢进以及对大鼠和蓖麻油引起泻五作用比较均呈现显著差异和非常显著差异（P＜0.05和P＜0.01）。结论：涩肠止泻胶囊能松驰肠平滑肌，具有解痉和止泻作用。

The Study of Sechang-Zhixie Capsule's Effect

Objective:To study the pharmacological effect of Sechang Zhixie Capsule.Methods:Took mice as the objects, and the following as the fingerposts: the rate of propeling carbon powder in the small intestin, the occuring time of the black bowel, and the amount of black bowel in four hours. Then measured the data of the above fingerposts, and with these data studied the checking diarrhea effect of the capsule and it's impact on the gastrointestinal movement of the mice.Results:The effect of Sechang Zhixie Capsule group has discrepance compared with the normal group, with the Prostigmine group which caused the intestin hyperacting, and with the Dahuang and the Ricinolein groups which both caused the intestin purging. Furthermore, the discrepances were all salient distinction ( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion:The Sechang Zhixie Capsule can relax the intestinal smooth muscle and has the function of checking diarrhea and relieving muscular spasmus.
