微波辅助萃取鱼腥草中总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:目的对鱼腥草进行微波辅助处理,考察微波作用对鱼腥草总黄酮提取的影响。方法实验中以总黄酮的提取量为考察指标,考察微波功率、微波作用时间、溶剂用量、水浸泡时间等因素的影响。结果鱼腥草用微波火力640w、微波作用时间5min、固液比1:40(g/ml)及浸泡时间60min,鱼腥草中总黄酮的提取效果最佳。结论本实验所用方法为鱼腥草总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件。

Abstract:Objective Microwave-assisted extracting was used in extracting flavonoids from leonurus hetreophyllus.Method Four factors including the microwave power,the reacting,the ratio of sample to solvent and the time of immersion were studied by taking the rate of flavonoids extractig as target. Result For leonurus hetreophyllus,the experimental results show that the hightest extraction yield can be obtained when microwave irradiation time is 5 minutes under the condition of the 640 power,the ratio of sample weight to solvent volume is 1 to 40,the immersion in water for 60 minutes.Conclusion This experiment proved the best way for total flavones in leonurus hetreophyllus.
