摘    要:目的:探讨大鼠肝脏经历不同缺血时间后再灌注时肝细胞凋亡、Bcl-2蛋白表达的变化及二者的相关性.方法:参照Nauta的方法制作大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注损伤模型,用流式细胞仪检测肝细胞凋亡百分率及Bcl-2蛋白的表达.结果:随着肝脏热缺血时间的延长,肝细胞凋亡百分率明显增加,而Bcl-2蛋白表达量逐渐下降.结论:肝细胞凋亡在肝脏缺血再灌注损伤过程中发挥着重要作用,Bcl-2蛋白对肝细胞凋亡具有抑制作用.

Abstract:Objective:To explore apoptosis of the hepatic cells and changes of expression of Bcl-2 protein of reperfusion in different duration after hepatic ischemia and the relativity of both.Methods:Model of hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury was established according to Nauta method,apoptosis percentage and the expression of Bcl-2 protein were detected with flow cytometry.Results:The apoptosis percentage of the hepatic cells was increased obviously and the expression amount of Bcl-2 protein was gradually descend with the prolongation of the ischemia duration.Conclusion:Apoptosis of the hepatic cells plays a very important role in the process of the injury of hepatic ischemia reperfusion and Bcl-2 protein can inhibit the apoptosis of the hepatic cells.
