经阴道彩色多普勒超声对正常早期妊娠的研究

应用阴道彩色多普勒超声观察了９２例正常早期妊娠妇女的子宫、胎盘后或滋养层外及卵巢黄体血流状况。结果表明：滋养层外或胎盘后血流从孕５周开始被显示，孕７周前显示率为８２％，孕７周后为１００％，呈高舒张期低阻力连续波；双子宫动脉显示率１００％，两者血流量均随妊娠进展增加。并早孕期妊娠黄体侧卵巢内可显示出丰富的高舒张期低阻力连续波血流信号，血流显示率８１．５２％。经阴道彩色多普勒超声为研究早期妊娠提供了一个有效的方法

The Study on Normal Early Pregnancy by Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasonography

Ninty-two normal early pregnant women's uterine arteries, peritrophoblastic/retroplacental vessels,and corpus luteum blood flow were surveyed and investigated by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography.The results showed that peritrophoblastic/retroplacental flow could be visualized starting from 5 week gestation with low resistance and high diastolic continuous shift signal.The detectable success rate of blood flow in peritrophoblastic/retroplacental area was 82% before 7 week gestation and 100% after that. The blood flow signals in both uterine arteries in all cases were deterctable(100%).We also found that the blood flow in uterine arteries and in peritrophoblastic/retroplacental vessels increased as pregnancy progressed.In addition, typical corpus luteum flow was found in 75 cases(81.52%)with high diastolic velosity and low resistance continous waveforms. As a result,transvaginal color Doppler sonography is a good method for studying early pregnancy.
