| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨复合多糖对荷瘤小鼠外周血T细胞亚群的影响.方法:(1)模型:HepA荷瘤小鼠动物模型,(2)免疫检测方法:流式细胞术测定外周血T细胞亚群功能.结果:复合多糖能够使荷瘤小鼠外周血CD4 ,CD8 T细胞数量增加P＜0.01,调节CD4 /CD8 比例.结论:复合多糖有显著抗肿瘤作用,其机理可能是通过提高机体的细胞免疫功能实现的.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the influence of Compond polysaccharide on the subset of peripheral T cell in mouse bearing tumor .Methods:(1)Animal model used kunming mouse bearing HepA;(2)The subset of T lymphocyte was deuected by flow-cytometry.Results:Compond polysaccharide can increase the number of peripheral CD4~+ and CD8~+Tlymphocyte inmouse bearing tumor (P<0.01) and regulate the ratioofCD4~+ / CD8~+Tlymphocyte.Conclusion:Compond polysaccharide has antitumor function and the function is perhaps realized by increasing cellular immunity. |
