喉切除术后患者生活质量的调查研究

目的 :评估喉切除术后患者的生活质量及其影响因素 ,为提高喉切除术后患者的生活质量提供依据。方法 :以综合生活质量评定问卷 (QOL)调查了 4 2例行喉切除术后患者的生活质量。结果 :喉切除术后患者生活质量的主观指标和客观指标呈显著相关 ,提示在心理功能和社会功能维度 ,主观指标和客观指标存在显著性差异 ;心理功能是影响生活质量的最重要的因素 ;躯体功能、心理功能及社会功能之间显著相关 ;喉部分切除术患者的社会功能显著优于全喉切除术患者。结论 :全面研究喉切除术后患者的生活质量是十分必要的 ,通过进行有针对性的心理干预 ,可望提高患者的生活质量。

Investigation of quality of life of patients following laryngectomy

Objective:To assess the quality of life(QOL) of the patients following laryngectomy and relevant factors, provide basic information for improving the QOL of the patients following laryngectomy. Methods:42 patients with laryngeal cancer or hypopharyngeal cancer following laryngectomy were evaluated with a General Quality of Life Inventory.Results:The subjective items of QOL significantly correlated with objective items, but there was significantly difference between them in psychological function and social function. The most important factor affecting on QOL was psychological function. There was a significant correlation among the physical function, psychological function and social function. The patients undergoing partial laryngectomy were significantly superior to those undergoing total laryngectomy in social function. Conclusion : More attention should be paid to research about QOL. Through the psychological interventions, the QOL of patients following laryngectomy may have an significant improvement.
