聚维酮碘喷雾剂的亚急性毒性实验研究

摘    要:采用动物试验法对聚维酮碘喷雾剂进行了亚急性毒性试验观察。结果,聚维酮碘喷雾剂对试验组大鼠生长体重、血液常规检查均无异常。试验组动物血清中谷草转氨酶、肌酐有一定升高,与对照组动物比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),但仍在本实验室正常范围内。病理检查发现,高剂量组个别动物肝脏和肾脏切片可观察到少数组织结构轻度改变但无组间特异性分布,其他脏器均无异常变化,同样的变化在对照组动物中也能观察到。结论聚维酮碘喷雾剂亚急性毒性试验组动物观察指标基本正常,少部分异常变化与对照组无差别,主要考虑动物质量问题,因此该喷雾剂在本次实验条件下,未显示有亚急性毒性作用。

Abstract:Animal test was used to carry out experimental observation on subacute toxicity of povidone iodine spray. Results: Povidone iodine spray did not cause abnormalities of growth, body weight and blood routine examination in rats of test group. The serum GOT and creatinine of the animals in the test group increased to certain degree, with significant difference as compared with those in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but still within the normal ranges of this laboratory. The pathological examination found that the liver and kidney sections of a few animals in high dosage group presented a few mild histological changes, but no specific distribution between groups. The other organs had no adnormal change. The same changes were also observed in the animals of the control group. Conclusions: The parameters observed in the animals of the test group were essentially normal in subacute toxicity test for povidone iodine spray. A few abnormal changes observed were not different from the control group, and this is considered to be due to the quality of the animals. Therefore, under the conditions of this experiment, the spray did not present subacute toxicity.
