天麻胶囊在腰椎间盘突出症非手术治疗中的应用

目的：观察天麻胶囊在腰椎间盘突出症非手术治疗中应用的临床疗效。方法：将132例患者随机分为2组,治疗组70例给予天麻胶囊及采用绝对卧床、牵引、推拿按摩治疗,对照组62例仅用绝对卧床、牵引、推拿按摩治疗。结果：治疗组治疗后腰腿无痛率77.1%、临床综合有效率97.1%;对照组治疗后腰腿痛无痛率40.3%、临床综合有效率85.4%;2组指标比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：天麻胶囊在腰椎间盘突出症非手术治疗中,具有较好的临床疗效。

The Application of Gastrodia Elata Capsules in Nonoperative Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of the gastrodia elata capsule applied in nonoperative treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:132 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Gastrodia elata capsules,bed rest,traction and massage were given in the treatment group(70 patients).Bed rest,traction and massage were given in the control group(62 patients).Results:The rate of painless was 77.1%,the clinical comprehensive painless rate was 97.1% in the treatment group;the rate of painless was 40.3%,the clinical comprehensive painless rate was85.4% in the control group.There was significant difference(P< 0.050) in the above index in the two groups.Conclusion:There was good clinical curative effect for Gastrodia elata capsules applied in nonoperative treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
