2010年潍坊市扩大免疫规划相关疫苗接种率评价

目的]了解潍坊市国家扩大免疫规划相关疫苗接种率报告情况,促进免疫规划工作的发展。方法]对《中国免疫规划监测信息管理系统》中2010年潍坊市12个县(市、区)乙肝疫苗(HepB)、卡介苗(BCG)、脊灰疫苗(PV)、百白破三联疫苗(DPT)、白破疫苗(DT)、含麻疹类疫苗(MCV)、A群流脑疫苗(MenA)、A+C群流脑疫苗(MenAC)、乙脑疫苗(JE-I)、甲肝疫苗(HepA-I)报告接种率和估算接种率资料进行分析。结果]2010年潍坊市12个县(市、区)免疫规划各类疫苗报告接种率,奎文区脊灰疫苗、乙脑疫苗第2针为94.74%,其他均在95%以上;乙肝疫苗首针报告及时接种率为98.51%。估算接种率,HepB1～3、BCG、PV1～3、DPT1～3、含麻疹类疫苗1～2剂次、MenA1～2、JE-l1均在90%以上,PV4、DPT4、DT、含麻疹类疫苗第3剂次、MenAC1～2、JE-l2和HepA均在80%以下。结果]2010年潍坊市各县(市、区)免疫规划各类疫苗报告接种率均较高,部分县(市、区)疫苗估算接种率较低。

Appraisal on the Vaccination Coverage Correlated to Expanded Program on Immunization in Weifang City,2010

Objective]To understand the vaccination-reporting rate correlated to the National Expanded Program on Immunization in Weifang city,so as to promote the development of EPI.Methods]Analysis was made on the vaccination-reporting rate and vaccination-estimating rate of 12 counties in Weifang city in 2010,using the data from the "China Immunization Programming Monitoring Information Management System".The related vaccines were HepB,BCG,OPV,DaPT,DT,MCV,MenA,MenAC,JE-I,HepA-I.Results] In 12 counties in WeiFang city in 2010,the vaccination-reporting rate of OPV and JE-2 was respectively 94.74% in KuiWen district,and the reporting rate of other vaccines was above 95%;The vaccination-reporting timely rate of HepB-1 was 98.51%.The estimating vaccination rate of HepB1-3,BCG,OPV1-3,DPT1-3,MCV 1-2,MenA1-2 and JE-l1 was above 90%,and the rate of OPV4,DPT4,DT,MCV-3,MenAC1-2,JE-l2 and HepA was less than 80%.Conclusion]The vaccination-reporting rate of each kind of vaccines is higher in most counties of WeiFang city,but the vaccination estimating rate is lower in some counties.
