黄芪注射液对大鼠实验性肾病尿蛋白的作用

目的观察黄芪注射液(HQI)对大鼠实验性肾病尿蛋白的治疗作用。方法静脉注射阿霉素制造大鼠实验性肾病模型。静脉注射阿霉素2周后,开始治疗性腹腔注射给药42d。HQI低、高剂量组分别为2、10g/kg,每日用药1次;模型对照组每只每日腹腔注射无菌生理盐水0.5ml。结果模型对照组的病死率为53%。HQI治疗组的一般状态较好,HQI高剂量组大鼠的病死率为27%。静脉注射阿霉素8周末,模型对照组大鼠24h尿蛋白排出量为(377±47)mg;HQI低、高剂量组分别为(248±65)mg、(173±45)mg。结论黄芪注射液对大鼠实验性肾病尿蛋白具有明显的治疗作用。

Astragalus injection's therapeutic effects on urine protein of adriamycin-induced nephropathic rats

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of astragalus injection(HQI) on urine protein in adriamycin-induced nephropathic rats.Methods At the 2nd week after intravenous injection of adriamycin,the therapeutic program began.The rats of HQI-treated groups received intraperitoneal injection(ip) of HQI 2 g/kg and 10 g/kg,once a day,with a therapeutic course of 42 days.The rats of model group received ip of 0.9% NS 0.5 ml,once a day.Results The mortality rate of the model group and that of HQI high dose group was 8/15 and 4/15 respectively.At the end of 8 weeks after iv adriamycin,the amount of protein discharged from urine through 24 hours in the model group was (377±47)mg;the amount of urine protein in HQI-treated groups was (248±65)mg and (73±45)mg.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of HQI on urine protein in adriamycin-induced nephropathy is remarkable.
