| 摘 要： | 从１９９３年开始对连平县、三水和顺德市华支睾感染者用阿苯哒唑驱虫糖（０．２ｇ／粒）进行普治．分每次１粒，Ｂｉｄ连服７ｄ的疗程组和每次２粒Ｂｉｄ，连服３天半的疗程组给药，治疗一个月后复查４１８例，虫卵阴转率８９．５％，７ｄ疗程组阴转率（９３．１％－２６８／２８８）高于３天半疗程组（８１．５％－１０６／１３０），前者疗效防感染度增加而减低．该药糖毒副作用小，价廉、味甜，群众乐于服食，适于大规模的普治。

| Abstract: | Since 1993, Albendazole medicated-Sweets (0.2g Per sweets)Was being ased to treat clonorchiasis in Lianping, Sanshui and Shunde.In group one,288 cases, the dose is I piece, Bid for 7days ; in sroup two, 130 cases,the dose is 2 pieces, Bid for 3. 5 days, After one-month treatment, the egg negativity rates were 93. 1 %(268/288) and 81. 5% (106/130) respectively.So, Albendazole medicated-sweets is valuable and suitable for mass therapy of Chlonorchiasis for It 's cheap, sweet and with little side effect. |
