卡托普利和氯沙坦对缺血性急性肾衰大鼠抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:目的:观察卡托普利和氯沙坦对缺血性急性肾衰大鼠SOD、MDA及NO的影响。方法:采用切除大鼠右肾,同时阻断左侧肾动脉45min,再灌注24h建立大鼠缺血性急性肾衰竭的动物模型,设立假手术组、模型组、卡托普利组、氯沙坦组及联合用药组,各用药组灌胃给药7天后采用比色法测定各组大鼠肾组织和血浆SOD活性、MDA含量及肾组织中NO的含量。结果:卡托普利,氯沙坦均可升高缺血性急性肾衰大鼠肾组织和血浆SOD活性,明显降低肾组织中MDA和NO含量,但两者合用对其影响与单用无统计学意义。结论:卡托普利和氯沙坦可升高肾组织和血浆SOD活性及降低肾组织MDA和NO含量对缺血性急性肾衰大鼠的损伤起保护作用,两者合用较单用无明显差异。
