| 摘 要： | 目的研究毛细管电泳法测定泛昔洛韦的含量。方法用 5 0mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH 3 .0 ) ,毛细管柱(75 μm× 5 0cm) ,以托吡卡胺为内标于 2 10nm波长处测定泛昔洛韦的含量。 结果泛昔洛韦在 0 .0 5～ 0 .5mg/ml浓度范围内与泛昔洛韦和内标峰面积之比呈良好线性关系 ,回收率为 99.5 3 % ,RSD为 0 .9% (n =10 )。结论此法结果准确 ,重现性好 ,可用于泛昔洛韦的含量测定

| Abstract: | PurposeThe aim is to determine famciclovir by capillary electrophoresis.MethodsPhosphate buffer(50 mmol/L pH 3.0) and tropicamide was used as internal standard to determine famciclovir at 210 nm.50 cm×75 μm uncoated capillary was used.ResultsGood linearity was obtained between Famciclovir and the ratio of Famciclovir and internal standard peak area and concentration ranges from 0.05～0.5mg/ml.The average recoveries( n =10) were 99.53%, RSD was 0.9%.ConclusionThis method was accurate and well reprodu cible,so it was suitable for quality control. |
