| 摘 要： | 目的分析结核性胸膜炎患者的发热原因。方法随机抽取结核性胸膜炎患者139例,根据其是否发热,分成发热组61例,不发热组78例,进行病因及相关因素分析。结果对比发现,发热组胸水量、白细胞计数均明显高于对照组(P0.05);发热组合并肺部感染,血沉值高于对照组(P0.01)。结论结核性胸膜炎患者的发热症状与是否合并肺部感染、胸水量的多少以及结核病处于活动期等因素有关,因此对于此类发热患者,应排查有无肺部感染因素存在,并给予抗结核治疗,根据病人病情尽量给予胸腔穿刺抽液,对控制结核性胸膜炎患者的发热症状具有重要意义。
