| 摘 要： | 本文对５４例阿米巴肝脓肿在Ｂ超导向病灶内注射无水酒精治疗，全部治愈；较对照组症状、体征消失快，临床痊愈和平均住院天数两组比较有显著性差异（ｐ＜０．００１），副作用少，对照组治疗无效及混合感染者均有效。

| Abstract: | Fifty - four patients with amebic liver abscesseswerecured by injections of abelute aicohol, guided by ultra-sound , in the liver fool. Compared with the control group,the treatment grouds signs and symptoms disappearedsooner. There sas also a significant difference in the curerale, the mean hospitalization days (p. <0. 0l) , and thenumber of side effects between the two groups. This treat-ment method was also effective for those in the controlbroup with poly - infections who did not respond to othettreatment methods. |
