| 摘 要： | 目的观察哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗慢性阻塞性肺病的疗效.方法治疗组以哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗,对照组以凯福隆治疗,疗程7 d,分别观察临床疗效、药敏试验.结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为85.3%和79.5%,两组疗效比较差异无显著性(P＞0.05),治疗组药敏结果优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗慢性阻塞性肺病疗效确切.

| Abstract: | Aim To investigate the efficacy of piperacillin/tazobactam on COPD. Methods The treatment group was given piperacillin/tazobactam, and the control group was treated with cefotaxime sodium. The course was 7 days. The therapeutic effects,sensitivity of medication were observed.Results The total effective rates were respectively 85.3% in treatment group and 79.5% in control group.The therapeutic effects between two groups had no marked difference(P>0.05), sensitivity of medication had marked difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of piperacillin/tazobactam on COPD was evident. |
