| 摘 要： | 目的探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的疗效及治疗前后血液流变学的改变。方法84例冠心病心绞痛患者服用复方丹参滴丸每次10粒，每日3次，疗程2个月，观察治疗前后心绞痛发作次数、心电图及血液流变学的变化。结果（1）复方丹参滴丸治疗后患者心绞痛发作次数减少，胸痛、胸闷、心悸等症状明显改善，心电图缺血性ST-T表现明显恢复，临床总有效率94％，心电图总有效率75％。（2）复方丹参滴丸可明显降低血液黏滞度及血小板聚集率。结论复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛及降低血液黏滞度疗效确切、安全、服用方便，可作为心血管疾病预防及治疗的首选药物之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effects and the changes of hemorrheology of Fufang Danshen pills on patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) angina pectoris. Methods Eighty-four patients with CHD angina pectoris were treated by Fufang Danshen pills. The occurrence of angina pectoris. the changes of electrocardiogram and hemorrheology were analyzed after two months treatment. Results (1)After two months treatment, the occurrence of angina pectoris was reduced,symproms of CHD and electrocardiogram were improved remarkably. (2)The changes of hemorrheology were marked. Conclusion The curative effect of Fufang Danshen pills on patients with CHD angina pectoris is apparent,safe and convenient. The drug of Fufang Danshen pills is the first choice for treating the patients with CHD angina pectoris. |
