| 摘 要： | 本文研究了小鼠暴露于厨房空气污染物后肺巨噬细胞体内、外细胞毒效应的变化。结果表明,小鼠吸入煤气烟气后未出现细胞毒效应的变化,吸入燃煤饼烟气及燃煤与油烟混合烟气2、3月,体外细胞毒效应受抑制,吸入上述污染烟气3个月,体内肺巨噬细胞抗肿瘤细胞毒效应出现抑制。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the change of in vivo and in vitro alveolar macrophages(AM) cytotoxicial activity in the mice exposed to kitchen air pollution. The results showed that no change was noted in the mice exposed to burning of gas. In vitro AM cytotoxicical activity was inhibited in the mice exposed to burning of coal and burning of coal mixed with oily smoke 2 and 3 months. In vivo AM antitumor cytotoxicical activity was also inhibited after 3 months of exposure. |
