针刺家兔内关穴对快速型心律失常模型心肌细胞离子通道影响的研究

目的:通过观察针刺家兔内关穴对快速型心律失常模型心肌细胞离子通道的影响,从分子生物学水平探讨其治疗快速型心律失常的确切作用机制。方法:采用静脉注射盐酸肾上腺素的方法复制快速型心律失常家兔模型,将家兔随机分为5组:空白对照组、模型对照组、针刺预防组、针刺治疗组和生脉注射液组。运用电生理学、RT-PCR法及分光光度法等技术手段,观察针刺对快速型心律失常家兔模型心电时相变化和心肌细胞离子通道表达的影响。结果:针刺治疗组、生脉注射液组与模型对照组比较,快速型心律失常出现的时间及持续时间均缩短,心肌细胞离子通道表达增强,差异具有统计学意义;针刺治疗组与生脉注射液组相比,心律失常出现时间、持续时间及心肌细胞离子通道表达的差异均无统计学意义。结论:针刺内关穴可明显延缓家兔模型快速型心律失常出现的时间,缩短其恢复时间;针刺内关穴能够阻断快速型心律失常模型心肌细胞离子通道,这可能是其防治快速型心律失常的机制之一。

Study on the Effect of Curing Fast Arrhythmia by Acupuncture Neiguan Point of Rabbit

Objective：Studying the effect of curing fast arrhythmia by acupuncture Neiguan point of rabbit and discussing its mechanism.Methods： Replicated the animal models rabbits of fast arrhythmia by quickly intravenous injecting adrenaline into ear vein.Dividing 40 rabbits into 5 groups randomly,They are the normal control group,the model control group,the acupuncture prevent group,the acupuncture treat group and shengmai injection control group.To observe the effects of acupuncture to electrocardiography time of arrhythmia,and the current of ionic channels of heart cells of fast arrhythmia,by the way of electrophysiology RT-PCR and spectrophotometry.Results：Contrasted with the model control group,the starting time and lasting time of fast arrhythmia of the acupuncture treat group and shengmai injection control group was shortened （P0.05）;the current of ionic channels of heart cells descended（P0.05）.The differences of above indexes between the acupuncture treat group and shengmai injection control group don＇t have statistics meaning.Conclusion： The therapy of acupuncture Neiguan point can evidently delay the starting time of experimental fast arrhythmia,shorten its resuming time.The therapy also can cut off the ionic channels of heart cells of fast arrhythmia.It maybe one of its mechanisms of preventing and treating fast arrhythmia.
