摘    要:肺炎衣原体(Chlamydia pneumoniae,CPn)可引起人类急性呼吸道炎症,临床表现以肺炎为主,已在世界上许多国家和地区引起流行,本文介绍通过套式PCR检测CPn,共检测109例呼吸道感染者之咽拭标本,检出13例阳性(阳性率12%),提示CPn的呼吸道感染有我国并不少见。实验结果表明,套式PCR用于CPm检测方法的建立,在敏感、特异、简便、快速的特点,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:CPn can cause acute repiratory inflammations in human beings, which has now prevailed in many countries and district. It is clinically mainly demonstrated by pneumonia. In this report, 109 cases of pharynx-cleansed samples in respiratory inflammations were tested with Nested PCR and 13 cases were positive, declaring that CPn caused repiratory inflammations were much more than ex pected. It also showed that the method of Nested PCR for CPn is more sensitive, more idiocratic eas ier and quicker. It will have a good future in prac tice.
