| 摘 要： | 分析了当前艾滋病研究中知情同意环节存在的功利性、简单化和文化背景考虑不全等问题。针对性地提出了在艾滋病研究中应当完全实施知情同意三要素；评估受试者的同意能力，正确选择知情同意权的主体；尊重国际合作时的不同文化背景。

| Abstract: | At present,many questions related to informed consent exist in the study of AIDS,such as the utilitarianism,simplicity and inconsideration about the different cultural contexts.All of the above items should be solved in the study of the informed consent issue of AIDS treatment and prevention course.Some strategies are also put forward: volunteers informed consent ability should be evaluated reasonably,the subjects of informed consent should be correctly chosen;the different culture backgrounds should be fully respected during international cooperation. |
