山茱萸及其制剂中熊果酸的含量测定方法研究

Study on Determination Methods of Ursolic Acid in Fructus Corni and its Preparations

Ursolic acid content in Qijudihuang Pills was determined,respectively by TLC-scanner,TLC-colorimettry and TLC-limit dose method.Among three methods,the first method is Chinese Pharmacopoeia(1990)method,a determination method of ursolic acid in Fructus Corni and Liuweidihuang Pills in Pharmacopeia. The result indicated that this method suited to determination of ursolic acid in Qijudihuang Pills,But it is difficult to operate in simple labouratory because of various influential factors of apparatus,developer,coloration solvent,etc,especially,because the apparatus have been not popularized.The second method also has its shortages of overlaborate operation,poor accuracy and unstable result.The last method can replace the former two methods because of its accurate quantitation,unuse of apparatus and simple operation.
