| 摘 要： | 检测了４０只ＳＤ♂大鼠肝脏胞浆糖皮质激素受体（ＧＣＲ），发现单纯使用小柴胡汤组大鼠ＧＣＲ明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），糖皮质激素（ＧＣ）与小柴胡汤合用组ＧＣＲ明显高于单纯使用ＧＣ组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示小柴胡汤既具有激素样作用，又能使ＧＣ引起的ＧＣＲ的降调节明显减弱。

| Abstract: | The investigatin on glucocorticoid receptor in liver cytoplasm of 40 SD male rats indicated that GCR of rats in simple Xiaochaihu Decoction group was obviously lower than that of control group(P<0.01),GCR of rats in GC and Xiaochaihu Decoction combined group is obviously higher than that of simple gc group(p<0.01),which suggested that xiaochaihu Decoction not only possess hormone-like action,but also can greatly attenuate the descending regulation of gcr induced by gc. |
