| 摘 要： | 本文对90年代以来,我国部分医学院校实施学分制改革中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决办法。学分制的改革不仅是学制伸缩或选修课与必修课配置的问题,而是对学年制中培养目标、课程设置、教学方法等重要环节有新的要求与突破。完善学分制改革不仅要依赖相应的社会机制、人才培养,还应取得领导、教师的共识。
