摘 要: | 我校在1995学年~1996学年及1996学年~1997学年度中,在临床医学专业外科学教学中开展了以外科问题为基础教学法的实验研究.对照班完全采用传统的教学法,实验班在部分教学内容中采用了以问题为基础的教学法(PBL),评估方法采用考试、问卷调查及实习追踪调查的方法。研究结果表明:实验班与对照班学生掌握理论知识的成绩大致相同,无显著差异(P>0.05),而实验班学生的病案分析成绩明显高于对照班(P<0.05)。问卷调查及追踪调查表明,大部分学生支持这一新的教学方法.

Abstract: | Our school conducted experimental research on problem-based method for surgery teaching in clinical medical specialty during the academic years from 1995 to 1996 and 1996 to 1997. The experiment classes received problem-based (PBL) in some teaching contents while the control classes received completely traditional teaching method. The evaluation approaches include examination, questionnaire and follow-up survey on practice. The results showed that students of both classes maderoughly the same scores on theoretical knowledge with no significant difference (P > 0. 05) and that themarks gained for case analysis by experiment students were significantly higher than those by controlstudents (P < 0. 05). The questionnaire and the follow-up survey demonstrated that most studentssupported this new approach of teaching. |
