摘    要:目的:观察AMPA受体亚单位GluR1在大鼠海马的表达.方法:在多聚甲醛固定的海马切片上,用免疫组化SP法观察GluR1在正常成年大鼠海马结构的表达与分布。结果:GluR1在正常大鼠海马有广泛表达,在CA3区的起层、锥体细胞层和透明层及齿状回门区内的中间神经元表达最强,阳性表达在CA1区主要见于神经元的胞膜和突起,而在CA3区还可见于胞质。结论:GluR1在海马CA1区和CA3区的表达不同,这种差异可能与海马不同区域具有不同功能有关。

Expression of GluR1 in the hippocampus of rats
Abstract:AIM: To investigate the expression of AMPA receptor subunit GluR1 in the hippocampus of rats. METHODS: The expression and distribution of GluR1 in hippocampus of rats were examined by using SP immunohistochemical staining method. RESULTS: There was a widespread expression of GluR1 in the hippocampus of adult rats, especially in stratum pyramidal cell, stratum orient and stratum lucidum of CA3 region, and interneuron of dentate gyrus. Positive expression was mainly located in the cytomembrane and processes of the neurons in the CA1 area, and also in the cytoplasm in the CA3 area. CONCLUSION: The expression of GluR1 in the hippocampal CA1 and CA3 area is different. This difference may be attributed to the different functions in different hippocampal subregions.
