| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨改良翼点入路在脑溢血手术中的应用。方法 :对24例高血压基底节区脑溢血病人 ,实施经改良翼点入路手术 ,小骨窗开颅 ,进行血肿清除。结果 :24例中 ,死亡8例 ,16例成活 ,其中6例恢复 ,生活能自理。结论 :改良翼点入路可灵活设计手术切口 ,易于辨认脑部解剖结构 ,是对基底节区脑溢血的良好手术术式。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the application of operation in cerebral hemorrage via improved pterional approach.Methods:24cases suf-fered hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were operated via improved pterional approach,the hematomas were eliminated.Results:In the24cases,8cases died,16cases survived,and6cases recovered self-care among the survived cases.Conclusion:The improved transpterional ap-proach is agile in the design of operative incision,and easy to identify the anatomic structure of brain,It is a good manner to operate cerebral hemorrage in basal unclei region. |
