| 摘 要： | 目的：观察高血压病患者左室肥厚与脉搏波传导速度（pulse wave velocityPWv）的相关性；方法：入选70例高血压病左室肥厚的患者测定其室间隔厚度（ivs），按其水平分为ivs〉1．1cm组和ivs〈1．1cm组，并测定两组PWV。结果：ivs〉1．1cm组和ivs〈1．1cm组比较，前者PWV明显比后者升高，两者达到统计学差异，P〈0．05。结论：高血压左室肥厚与PWV存在相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the correlation between left ventricle myocardial hypertrophy and PWV in the hypertensive case.Method:70 case who had hypertension and left ventricle myocardial hypertrophy were been measured the ivs,then according to the ivs,70 cases were divided into two groups: one was ivs>1.1cm group,another was ivs<1.1cm group.All cases were measured the PWV.Result:the PWV of ivs>1.1cm group was higher than the ivs>1.1cm group,Both had marked difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:the left ventricle myocardi... |
