裸花紫珠的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究裸花紫珠的化学成分。方法应用各种柱层析方法分离纯化,运用光谱数据解析鉴定化合物结构。结果分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为:2α,3α,24-三羟基-齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-酸(Ⅰ),2α,3β,24-三羟基-齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-酸(Ⅱ),2α,3β,19α-三羟基-齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ),2α,3α,19α,23-四羟基-齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ),岳桦素(Ⅴ),芹菜素(Ⅵ),木犀草素(Ⅶ),无梗五加苷B(Ⅷ),aurantiamide acetate(Ⅸ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅹ),β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅺ)。结论化合物Ⅱ~Ⅳ,Ⅷ和Ⅸ为首次从紫珠属植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ和Ⅴ为从裸花紫珠中首次分得。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Callicarpa nudiflora Hook.et Arn.METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified via silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis.RESULTS 11 compounds were isolated and identified:2α,3α,24-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅰ),2α,3β,24-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅱ),2α,3β,19α-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(Ⅲ),2α,3α,19α,23-tetrahydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(Ⅳ),ermanine(Ⅴ),apigenin(Ⅵ),luteolin(Ⅶ),acanthoside B(Ⅷ),aurantiamide acetate(Ⅸ),β-sitosterol(Ⅹ),β-daucosterol(Ⅺ).CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅱ~Ⅳ,Ⅷ and Ⅸ were isolated from this genus for the first time,and compounds Ⅰ and Ⅴ had been isolated from this plant for the first time.
